Private enterprise of «4K-Company Ltd.» was founded on February, 27, 1997.

Substantial works of Zhitomir branch of JSB «Ekonombank» (created on June, 1, 1993) programmers were fixed in basis of creation and further activity of company.

During the existence of the company, its main focus was to develop highly efficient management systems for banks using their own original projects, as for software development, as for its optimal functioning.

Despite the very serious difficulties with the concept of "management efficiency" in the banking sphere of Ukraine, our collective achieved real recognition of their achievements in the sphere of effective management of banking structures.

This is evidenced by the successful functioning of the system of bank management «4K-BANK» Version 4.9 in different banks in Ukraine.

At this time, using the 15-year experience in optimal processing and analysis of electronic data the collective of company created new fundamentally new program products, which can be used for efficient management of banks and enterprises of different ownership.
