History of programmers collective
development and private enterprise of «4K-Company Ltd.» began on June, 1, 1993
of JSB «Ekonombank» in the Zhitomir branch. For all the time of work and
development of collective, all developed software products always differed by
different technical "Now-how" from traditional simple approaches of
other developers, that allowed them considerably more effectively to work, than
to similar software.
From 1993 to 2008 the basic type of
activity of our collective was development of the management systems for banks.
June - August, 1993
The first simple bank management system was
developed.
The system was inculcated on September, 1, 1993
and consisted only of three modules. The programs were written using such
compilers as Clipper 5.0, TASM 2.0 and used files of DBF-structure under the
management of network server of Novell 3.11 as a database files.
Logical principles of data organization were
already laid for possibility of analysis of bank activity without stopping the
system. Distinctive features from the similar programs for this system were:
- Treatment
of all information is in a real time scale factor
- Absence
of concept «Closing of day»
- Realization
of logical transactions (processing many DBF-files is in the mode of one
transaction). This possibility allowed to forget about what to govern
information by hands in the process of system.
- Opening
of access on server to the subdirectories with files only at the start of the
program modules. It did impossible to get some technical access from the work
stations to the subdirectories with information, which provided the real
confidentiality of bank information even at the level of the processing information
technologies , which were accessible at the market.
At this time all Ukrainian banks worked with
software which in principle did not have similar possibilities because of the
simplified approaches to processing and access to information.
1994 year
The bank management system continues its
successfully development.
To the autumn of 1994 the system grew into a
valuable complex «4K-BANK» Version 2.0, which could really automatize work of
whole bank together with his subdivisions.
The distinctive technical and logical novelties
of the system were:
- Existence
of access manager to the system files like NLM-module for the Novell 3.11
network. The work stations could not get access to the subdirectories with
files, that did not allow to change content of these files without
registration, thus breaking of client place gave no results in this case.
- A
complex had the analytical module which allowed to analyse and forecast current
activity of bank in different aspects (profits and charges are in the cut of
activity types, efficiency of personnel work and etc).
1997 year
The new bank management system 4K-BANK Version
4.0 was created on principle new technologies of processing information
2000 year
The bank management system 4K-BANK was
seriously perfected to the version 4.9
2007 year
The system module of "4К-Antiterror"
is developed, which allows to watch in a real time the doubtful operations of
bank clients, collating them with the official list of terrorists from National
Bank of Ukraine. The special library of processing of fast comparison of lines
is fixed in technical basis of his activity.
2008 year
The collective of company began to use the
long-term real experience on the methods of information processing for
development of software products, which can be used not only in jars but also
on the enterprises of other type with the different pattern of ownership.
